EMEIT use Microsoft Implementation methodology for completing implementations. In all situations an implementation is a joint venture between our Consulting Team and the Client's Team. Consequently we tailor the services provided in any implementation to meet the expertise and experience of the client's staff involved.
In each project, a project owner is appointed and this person is responsible for the project on the behalf of EMEIT. This project owner is the joint point between the customer and EMEIT, he may carry out some of the consultancy themselves other times he is responsible for allocating one or more consultants from our well trained staff to the project who is reporting to Project owner himself. By this we ensure that any project is well covered thus we reach high quality service.
We see success as an efficient implementation at your Organization, where the software and those who use it operate at their highest potential. So we have several Implementation approaches to fit small and large projects. The core of our implementation approach is concentrated in the analysis phase where we can well identify the business needs of our customer, determine how much time we can take in training your staff to the new system, have a deep look in your internal system which will help a lot in the system integration phase where we integrate the new system to other software as an outcome for all of that we have this detailed project plan this is where the Project Owner and the client plan the projects key action points; allocate tasks between the Client's and EMEIT's project team, and set dates for these.
After have a successful implementation, here comes our role in supporting your project, EMEIT project Owner (the consultant who is assigned to this project) will attend site for the initial Period of live operation. Thus we ensure that our users are relaxed, and if there are any adjustments required that we are on hand to provide an immediate solution.
EMEIT offer different support service packages with different criteria, which meet different customers' needs. We use support personnel, who are familiar with the customer solution and environment. |
